End Game Raiding Guild

So randomness here. I actually went from a leveling guild to a casual raiding guild of friends to a strict end game raiding guild. So the atmosphere it self is very very different then what I have been in before. I left the guild Dusk because it was just raiding raiding raiding then somehow after being guildless I joined Vita Nova that was a casual raiding guild. After WOTLK came out they separated into two guilds a serious end game and a casual end game. Skilled people got invited to the end game and that is where i am at now.
Who am I? Holy Human Paladin. We work on an EPGP system where you earn EP for being at raids and gain GP for gear that you get. Your priority for gear is determined by EP divided by GP. Since the new aldar is coming out, they have advance to seperate the guild even futher since we have so many people. Raiders are seperated into CORE and RAIDERS. CORE has priority for spots in raid.
I didn't think that was such a big deal but I got skipped for 25 man OS 3 drake last night. Sorta sucked cause I was early. Hm.... Well the debate is whether to go to raid tonight.
It's so tiringn becuase most of our Officers are from California so they're raid time is 7:30 PM to about 11:30. For me in central it's 9:30 PM to about 1:30 AM.
