- While your arguements are sound from a consumers standpoint. It is impossible to make a PS3 with everything combined. I would a lot to make, not to mention the price would top 700 dollars which is more than the average person can afford. A blu-ray player alone is 500 odd dollars, the 40 gig is a bargin. It's made "inferior" to the 80 gig to all it to be cheaper. And if that means taking out things like backwards compat. So be it. You shouldn't complain about the ps3. Its not one big "Wonderful" package for a reason.
