    And the fish question... well, fish don't have lungs, the have gills so they need to live within water. But most living creatures evolved from the water so I would assume that with fish, they just didn't evolve to that state where they should breathe outside of water.

    Karl Marx was pretty much marked a rebel and sought refuge in London. Most of his life was lived in London. He became a politician and died in London and so it would only be natural for him to be buried in London since he was not accepted anywhere else.
